1. Overview
By accessing this website and purchasing from Chime Jewelry, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We prioritize the prompt and secure arrival of your order.
- Amman: Delivery within 24–48 hours. Delivery fee: 1 JOD.
- Other Governorates: Delivery within 2–4 business days. Delivery fee: 3 JOD.
3. Inspection and Returns Policy
To ensure complete satisfaction, we invite you to inspect your items upon arrival while the courier is present.
- Acceptance: If the item meets your expectations, remit payment to the courier to complete the transaction.
- Immediate Return: If you decline the purchase, you may return the item with the courier immediately. In this instance, only the delivery fee is applicable.
- Policy Limitation: Once the courier departs and the item is accepted, Chime Jewelry does not offer further returns or exchanges.
4. Payment Options
For your convenience, we offer several flexible payment methods at your doorstep:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Direct cash payment to the courier.
- CliQ: Instant digital transfer during the delivery.
- Credit/Debit Card: Available upon prior request to ensure the courier carries a mobile point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
International Orders: Orders outside of Jordan require payment in advance. Upon order placement, we will provide Western Union or Bank Transfer details via WhatsApp or Email. Shipping will commence upon payment confirmation.
